New Zealand Distribution & Logistics Services for O&M Halyard Australia

⁠⁠⁠O&M Halyard Australia Pty Ltd (O&M Halyard) invites tenders for the provision of distribution and logistics services of surgical and infection prevention products to New Zealand customers.

O&M Halyard is a subsidiary of O&M Halyard Inc with its global headquarters in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA. Our Australian Head Office is located at Sydney, Australia.

The purpose of the Tender is to identify a preferred distribution partner for the New Zealand market by soliciting quotations to provide end to end distribution services as our 4PL from import processing, product registrations, warehousing, customer order fulfilment, customer management, transportation, invoicing, employment services for existing O&M Halyard New Zealand team members and potential partners.

The successful partner will demonstrate an understanding of the requirements, a proven record in meeting similar needs in the Healthcare market; support O&M Halyard sales and marketing strategies; meet both internal and external regulatory and quality frameworks; support customer needs and has the capability to grow O&M Halyard's aspirations in the New Zealand market.

The scope of work will include receipt of finished goods (typically via sea freight) from USA, Asia and Australia suppliers, quality inspection, warehousing and storage suitable for ambient Healthcare products, meeting ISO 9001 requirements and Good Wholesaling Practice (GWP), order fulfilment, delivery, and transportation as per customer specifications, invoicing and collection.
