The works comprise replacement of the:

* Lift (passenger), hydraulic type including removal and supply & installation of an Machine Room Less (MRL) elevator at D Block, Fremantle Hospital.

* Lift (‘Dumb Waiter’) for instrument trolleys in the ‘Clean’ side of the Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) at E Block, Fremantle Hospital

The Respondent may provide a price for either or both projects and also provide a combined price if a discount is being offered for both.

The surrounding premises will be occupied during the currency of the Contract.  The Contractor shall ensure that it causes minimal inconvenience and disturbance to the occupants.
