Supply of Beverages to the Leisure and Visitor Information Centres

⁠⁠⁠The Council is seeking a suitable beverage supplier that can provide a range of beverages to 2 Visitor Information Centres and 5 Leisure Centres. The Council operates 3 Leisure Centres year round at Katoomba, Springwood and Glenbrook. The Council also seasonally operates 2 Leisure Centres at Lawson from October through to March and Blackheath from November through February. The Visitor Information Centres operate year round and they are located at Glenbrook and Echo Point.

The successful Contractor will be required to respond to the following requirements:

1. The supply and delivery of the following list of beverages which includes but is not limited to;
* 600mL Water
* 390mL Soft Drink Bottle Variety
* 600mL Soft Drink Bottle Variety
* 375mL Soft Drink Can Variety
* 600mL Sports Drink Bottle Variety
* 250mL Juice Bottle Variety
* Iced Tea Bottle Variety
* Frozen Drink/Slushee Concentrate

2. Delivery schedule for the 5 year round Leisure and Visitor Information Centres and 2 seasonal Leisure Centres.
3. The supply and installation of display refrigerators and storage refrigerators as per the centre requirement
4. The servicing arrangement of the refrigerators
5. The supply of promotional signage for all products that are being stocked
6. Delivery Docket to be provided
