Tenders are invited from relevant businesses to undertake:
The Design and Construction of the supply and installation of a permanent water treatment plant facility on Horn Island, Torres Strait. The tender consists of the design of the water treatment plant which will be situated in an enclosed building consisting of a plant room, office, laboratory and ablution area.
Interested parties should obtain an electronic / hardcopy of the Tender documentation and specification from PDR|SMEC at Level 2, 20-32 Lake Street, Cairns QLD 4870. Hardcopies will incur a $200 fee. Tenders must be lodged in the tender box at the Council Office, 68 Douglas Street, Thursday Island, or mailed to PO Box 171, Thursday Island, 4875, in accordance with the tender documentation by 2.00pm Monday 6 May 2019 and the envelope is to be addressed as follows:
