Expressions of Interest - Treacy Building Refurbishment Project

⁠⁠⁠We are calling expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced builders for the refurbishment of the Treacy Building Project at St Joseph’s Nudgee College. The project has an estimate cost of construction of $14m and works are expected to commence in June-July 2019. It is anticipated that the works will be completed by the end of 2020.

The works to be undertaken are within or adjacent to a heritage listed building and will be within the confines of a fully operational School. The works will comprise new construction along with the refurbishment of existing areas. The project works will be staged with areas having to be completed prior to the commencement of the next stage.

Submitters should include relevant and current data regarding recent projects; current company structure; professional and client references; and in particular reference their experience on projects that are of a similar size and complexity.

A select tender list will be determined from evaluation of the expressions of interest received. Interest must be expressed in writing by email by 4.00pm, Friday April 18, 2019 to Steele Wrobel Project & Cost Managers. Submissions should be addressed to Mr. Robert Timms at Steele Wrobel via email.
