Lake Macquarie City Council is undertaking improvements to Lake and Foreshore infrastructure including construction of new pontoons at Valentine and Rathmines. Council is seeking an experienced and licenced Contractor(s) to carry out the design and construction of the new modern pontoon and gangway structures to allow for up to 12m vessel access and short term berthing. Tenderers will have the opportunity to price one or both locations.

Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box, by facsimile transmission to (02) 4958 7257, or in a sealed envelope. The envelope is to be endorsed with the Tender number, title, and closing date and can be mailed or placed in the Tender Box located in Councils Administration Building, Ground Floor, 126-138 Main Road, Speers Point by the nominated time and date.

Tender close at 2.00pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time AEST or Australian Eastern Daylight Time AEDT, whichever is applicable in NSW at the time of tender close) on Tuesday, 7 May 2019 and submissions must be received in full prior to this time. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Late submissions are not accepted.
