Tender Description
The City of Bayswater in Perth, WA is inviting expressions of interest from interested parties to lease a 150 m2 section of public open space in the Bayswater townsite for the purpose of establishing and operating a cafe/kiosk venture. It is anticipated that the venture will have a semi-permanent structure which would need to be removed at end of lease.
The Lessee will be responsible for all associated site costs, set up and fitout.
