Provision of Orthoses, Boots, Braces and Orthotic Inserts

⁠⁠⁠Child and Adolescent Health Services (CAHS) requires the provision of Orthoses, Boots, Braces and Orthotic Inserts for the treatment of patients.

Orthotics Services forms part of the Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH) Allied Health team specialising in all aspects of orthotic treatment. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Orthoses for developmental dysplasia of the Hip
* Supportive orthopaedic boots;
* Carbon fibre ankle-foot orthoses;
* Spinal collars and orthoses;
* Knee braces;
* Carbon Fibre Ankle Foot Orthoses;
* Materials for technical fabrication;
* Halo orthoses; and
* Customised footwear and orthotic inserts.

The Head Agreement as a result of this Request will constitute a mandatory standing offer, whereby Customers will place Orders on an ‘as required’ basis over the Contract Term.
