Lake Perseverance Centre - Catering Service Contract

⁠⁠⁠The department is seeking a supplier for the provision of catering services to deliver fresh, healthy food options to a high standard for programs, training and event bookings at Lake Perseverance Centre at Crows Nest.

The services required are for the provision of fresh, healthy, quality meals to programs, training and events at the Lake Perseverance Centre in agreed times as per finalisation with clients. The catering service is required to provide a fixed price menu with three different price options that will include:
* Breakfast: Hot and Cold menu options
* Lunch: Hot and Cold menu options including fresh fruit
* Dinner: Menu will be 2 courses and will include hot main meal and dessert options
* Morning/Afternoon Teas and After Dinner Snacks
* Beverages to be served with each meal are Tea, Coffee, Milo and Juice.
