Expressions of Interest are invited for the purchase of land at Lot 4 on Plan RP199479, 10 Grandis Street, Gympie from Gympie Regional Council.
Documents are available from the Queensland Government QTender.
Expressions of Interest must be registered with the Queensland Government QTender site to be able to download documents, request information and submit Expression of Interest.
Suitably endorsed Expression of Interest close at the below website address at 2pm on 7 May 2019. In accordance with s228(8) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Regulation), Council may decide not to accept any tenders it receives.
In accordance with s228(6) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 Council May prepare a short list from the persons who respond to the invitation for Expression of Interest, and may invite written tenders from those persons depending on the outcome of the Expression of Interest.
All Expression of Interest must be submitted via the Queensland Government e-Tender Website.
Any enquiries in relation to this Expression of Interest must be in writing via the ‘Online Discussion’ through the Queensland Government QTenders portal five (5) days prior to the Closing Time: 2 May 2019 at 2.00pm (AEST).
