Fairfield City Council is seeking tenders from organisation(s) that have appropriate certifications, qualifications, capacity, experience and a high standard of capability who can deliver the best value for money for the replacement of two (2) lifts at Dutton Lane Plaza, Cabramatta and one (1) lift refurbishment at Downey Lane Car Park, Fairfield.
Request for Tender will close 2.30pm, Wednesday 24 April 2019.
A mandatory on-site inspection will be held at 7.30am on Tuesday 9 April 2019 at Dutton Lane Plaza (outside lift area, ground floor, Cabramatta) followed by a further mandatory on-site inspection to be held at 7.30am on Wednesday 10 April 2019 at Downey Lane Car Park (outside lift area, ground floor, Fairfield) to familiarise tenderers with requirements of the project.
All potential respondents must attend the mandatory site inspection.
