Tender Description
Health Support Services (HSS) is planning a procurement process to form a panel arrangement for medical transcription services. The panel arrangement will be a ‘whole-of-Health contract’ that will be used by the Health Service Providers comprising the WA health system.
This is the first time HSS will be engaging with the medical transcription services industry through a formal tendering process. In light of this, HSS is inviting industry comment on the planned scope and specification of the whole-of-Health contract to ensure it is aligned with standard industry practice.
