The work should include the following components:
Stage 1 Concept Designs and Indicative Costings
Preparation of two concept designs and indicative costings at different price points for the future use of the North Deniliquin Tennis Courts. A brief discussion paper is to be prepared detailing ideas behind the concepts produced and key issues.
Stage 2 Community Engagement
Devise and deliver a program of robust community engagement which allows our community to express their views, needs and priorities for the revitalisation of the site.
Stage 3 Development of a Detailed Design and Costing
Development of a detailed design and costings to a point where the project is shovel ready and can be used for the development of grant applications and/or go to tender.
