This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠Prepare a Solution Design and Proof of Concept (PoC) implementation of a technology platform to support event-driven bulk data ingestion, processing, and storage. The solution should be highly scalable and include a set of APIs for loading and extracting data into and from the store. The solution should be based on open source technologies with limited or no licence costs.
