Tender Description
Flinders University is planning to implement a master-planned, and staged approach, for the renewal and future deployment of centralised campus heating and cooling, for the North Precinct at Bedford Park.
Stage 1 is the construction of a new central thermal cooling and heating plant to replace the existing Library building thermal plant.
This invitation is a two-stage process. The first stage is a call for expressions of interest from eligible Professional Service Consultants, and second stage is a select Tender call to the successful shortlist.
