Who will the specialist work with?
The contractor will be working with an agile cross-functional team including engineers, automated test specialists and product managers.
What will the specialist do?
The Contractor will be working with technical and business stakeholders to identify change management needs associated wit delivery of AUSTRAC's Case Management and Customer Relationship Management Solution from feature development through to production.
The services will include:
• Assessing the change impacts to various stakeholders;
• Completing Change Impact assessments;
• Working with relevant areas to create and lead execution of change management plans including communications plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan;
• Integrating change management activities into the overall project plan;
• Evaluating and ensuring stakeholder readiness for change;
• Defining and measuring success metrics and monitor change progress
Any additional relevant information?
Specified Personnel will be required to declare any conflicts of interest if any exist, are likely to arise or arise during the course of the contract. These conflicts can be Actual, Perceived or Potential Conflicts of Interest.
Specified Personnel will be required to advise if they have a current or previous relationship with an AUSTRAC employee (ongoing, non-ongoing, contractor or consultant). (Advising 'yes' is not grounds for exclusion from employment and an accurate response is vital to maintaining the integrity of AUSTRAC's assessment processes)
The Specified Personnel will be required to sign a personal confidentiality undertaking and will be required to comply with AUSTRAC policies regarding conduct, financial management and security or any other polices advised to the contractor during the course of their engagement or as set out in the contract with AUSTRAC.
