Narrabri Shire Council (NSC) is undertaking upgrade work to the existing Wee Waa and Boggabri sewage treatment plants (STP).

A detailed design for the works, is being prepared and the project will be delivered using a Construct Only contract using the GC21 General Conditions of Contract.

The upgrade of the two treatment plants will be delivered using a single contract. The Contractor will be provided the opportunity to propose to schedule resources and work between the two sites to provide best value to Council.

The purpose of this document is to invite Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced contractors who wish to participate in an ETI process with the view to being invited to submit tenders for the construction of the Wee Waa and Boggabri STP Upgrades.
