Proposed Development Opportunity with Long Term Lease at Illawarra Regional Airport

⁠⁠⁠Shellharbour City Council invites submissions from interested aviation businesses that would be prepared to enter into an Agreement for Lease, Construction Agreement and subsequent Lease for a site currently at the Airport being Lot 10 in Deposited Plan 1157377.

Tender enquiries should be directed to Donna Flanagan Manager Property Services via the on-line forum.

i) Tenders can be submitted in electronic format through Council's e-tendering portal in PDF format or alternatively Microsoft WORD format.
ii) Alternatively, tenders can be submitted in hard copy in the Tender box located at Council's Administration Centre, 76 Cygnet Avenue, Shellharbour City Centre NSW 2529.

While discouraged, Council will accept tenders submitted by facsimile to Council's Information Management Department on 02 4221 6016, however, Council will not accept emailed tender submissions.

This tender closes at 10am on Tuesday 16 April 2019
