DHS-143 On the 20th of August 2018, the Government announced their commitment to funding a number of domestic and family violence prevention and early intervention initiatives. This Request for Proposal seeks to award up to $5,000,000 in interest-free loans to non-government domestic violence organisations to fund housing related capital projects, including new construction, expansions, renovations, and upgrades.
