Tender Description
State Transit operates bus services in 3 Sydney Regions under Contract between State Transit and Transport for NSW.
State Transit employs approximately 3,500 staff and operates 1450 buses from 8 depots in metropolitan Sydney. State Transit’s operations are supported by staff located at its 8 depots and separate Asset Management office and Network Control Centre.
The incident management solution must have the capability to capture and mange information from a variety of sources and meet State Transit's operational, safety and insurance requirements.
