Campus Estate is responsible for the management of the University's property, infrastructure and campus operation and the provision of an appropriate physical and safe environment to support the University's strategic vision and optimise the teaching learning and research activities core to UC.

University of Canberra (UC) is seeking to procure digital signage to be trailed at five (5) key locations on UC's campus grounds as a means of signage and information. Signage will be situated at specific building entry points providing users with building occupant information and dynamic messaging, with updates made via an application accessible to UC Staff. Vendors are encouraged to respond to the RFQ and detail how they can assist UC to introduce digital signage to the campus.

The procured signs will be installed on a permanent basis, with the management and use of the application software and support trailed over a 12 month period.

Depending on the outcome of the trial, in a bid to deliver procurement efficiencies, it is possible that the successful Provider for this trial could be engaged for any potential wider Campus role out
