Tender Description
T 816/19 Sutherland Shire Council is looking to provide a seasonal banner program in its Regional Shopping Centres, with the aim of supporting the retail economy and creating an attractive and vibrant environment for residents and visitors of the Shire to enjoy.
Council is seeking a proposal from experienced providers to manage design, manufacture, maintenance, installation and the dismantling of banners for Sutherland Shire Local Government area for a three year contract period with an option for two further twelve month extensions.
The scope of work for this project comprises eight (8) areas of regional shopping centres within the Shire with approximately 100-120 banner locations.
The overall program is based on five (5) seasonal changes (Summer, Autumn, Winter, Spring, Christmas) per year. The number of seasonal changes per year may vary at Council’s discretion.
