⁠⁠⁠Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced person/s firms or entities for the Provision of Work Health and Safety Services for:

* Audit of the WHS System against National Self Insurer WHS Audit Tool and the SafeWork Case Management Audit

* WHS Training delivery and course development. this could include delivery of Councils training modules such as but not limited to
* Controlling Officers 
* WHS Purchasing
* Hazardous Chemicals
* Back Care
* Hearing
* Incident investigation
* Risk Management
* Chain of Responsibility
* Due diligence training for the Executive
* Chain of Responsibility

* Development of new WHS training modules as needed

* Consultancy advise to improve WHS performance

* Operational and System Risk Assessment

* Advice and support for the self-insurance Audit with SafeWork NSW

* Compliance audits subject to identified needs, noise survey, air monitoring etc

* Accident investigation

* Other audits as identified e.g. Due diligence, Chain of Responsibility.
