Healthy North Coast Ltd, trading as North Coast Primary Health Network (NCPHN), is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations, either individually or as a part of a consortium, to provide psychosocial capacity building activities to community members with severe mental illness who are not eligible for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and who are not receiving psychosocial services through programs such as Partners in Recovery (PIR), Day to Day Living (D2DL) or the Personal Helpers and Mentors (PHaMs) service.

The RFP deadline is 6:00 p.m. on 26 April 2019.

Submissions must be fully received by this time and participants should allow themselves ample time to upload proposals to ensure successful lodgement by this time. NCPHN is not bound to accept all or any part of an RFP and reserves the right to conduct the RFP process and select the successful participant as it sees fit.
