Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Insurance Commission of Western Australia (ICWA) will be seeking to replace the current outdated case management software (and supporting tools) used by the Investigations & Intelligence Section with a case management and intelligence solution to efficiently manage the following;

* detecting deceptive behaviours;

* establishing linkages & their relationships;

* collecting, collating and disseminating intelligence;

* assessing and prioritising notifications (e.g. from fraud analytics and email); and

* planning and reporting on an Investigation outcome (case to resolution).

The purpose of this Invitation to Register Interest (ITRI) is to seek input from market participants in the case management and intelligence solution industry to understand what the best fit is for the Investigations & Intelligence Section. This ITRI targets case management solutions for the Investigations & Intelligence Section.
