Tender Description
19019 Maranoa Regional Council invites tenders for the lease of a parcel of land located on Dargal Road, Roma, for a period of two (2) years. The paddock, as part of Lot 338 on Plan WV1628, has an area of 75.75 hectares and is fully fenced with a connection to water. It is Council’s intention that the successful lessee will use the land for stock grazing.
After the evaluation, and if a suitable Tenderer is selected, Council will prepare the Lease for signature by both parties.
