Braidwood Community Pool - Refurbishment Work

⁠⁠⁠Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council (the Principal) is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced tenderers for refurbishment works at the Braidwood Community Pool. The work largely comprises of the waterproofing and retiling of the main and wading pools.

The Principal (QPRC) will be supplying all tiles to complete this work and engagement of a technical consultant to attend at specified hold points.

All other materials such as waterproofing membranes, adhesives, tile spacers, grout etc. are to be supplied by the successful tenderer.

Waste material is to be disposed of at QPRC landfill, Bombay Road, Braidwood NSW. Tipping fees are to be borne by the Principal (QPRC). All cost associated with removal and transport of waste from site and transport to landfill are to be borne by the contractor.

*Note - A pre-tender site briefing will be held at Braidwood Community Pool on Friday 22nd March at 10:00 a.m. Attendance is mandatory for those who wish to tender for this contract.
