Request for Proposal F190086 Lease of Property 5A and/or 5B Brockman Street Manjimup

⁠⁠⁠​​​​​​The Shire of Manjimup is seeking proposals for the lease of two units, leased individually or together within the newly created Manjimup CBD Food / Beverage Precinct.

The proposal must be lodged by 3.00pm Thursday 4 April 2019.

Late proposals will not be accepted. The highest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.

Canvassing of Councillors or Council Officers will disqualify any proposal.

Each proposal submission must be clearly marked noting its full title (including Request for Proposal number) and delivered to the Tender Box, Shire of Manjimup Administration Office, 37-39 Rose Street, Manjimup, posted to PO Box 1, Manjimup WA 6258 or emailed to tenders@manjimup.wa.gov.au
