Tender Description
Expressions of Interest submissions (Stage 1) are invited from suitably experienced, qualified and licenced Service Providers (Contractors) to submit their details to be evaluated for shortlisting. Candidates who satisfy the criteria in Stage 1 will be invited submit an offer and pricing (Stage 2) through an Request for Tender (RFT) for Provision of Security Services to Council including but not limited to Patrols, Alarm Monitoring, Static Guard Services, Cash in Transit and other related duties.
Submissions close at 10am Wednesday 3rd April 2019 and must be fully loaded by this time.
Council is not bound to accept all or any part of the EOI and reserves the right to conduct the process and select the successful candidates as it sees most advantageous and suitable.
Late, verbal, faxed, posted or emailed submissions will NOT be accepted. Submissions must be One (1) pdf format file. Multiple files in any other format and/or zipped files may be rejected as non-conforming.
Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify applicants from the tender process.
