Scope of Works:
Parker Point Fuel Terminal, Road Tanker Loading Gantry requires a refurbishment of the shelter structure, cladding, portions of the concrete pavement, pipework flange bolts, valves, gaskets, general surface treatment and various other minor works. The Road Tanker Loading Gantry (operated by Viva) supplies approximately 1,400,000 litres per day to various regional storage facilities via road tankers. The reliable operation of gantry and equipment is critical for regular fuel supply across the business.

As part of the Works, the Contractor will be required to:

Civil / Concrete:
* Concrete repairs to the existing drive-through bund area
* Concrete modifications to the roll over bund (concrete repairs of cracking with suitable grout)
* Concrete repairs to two sections of damaged concrete in the exit roadway - break-out old concrete, pre-pare foundations, placement and dowelling of new reinforcement, pouring of new concrete slabs

Structural & Surface treatment:
* Blast and spray all gantry structural columns and beams
* Replace gantry roof sheeting, purlins and cross members as required
* Blast and paint all pipe work associated with the road tanker loading gantry (local to gantry) 

Mechanical & Piping - Diesel (Fuel Oil & Compressed Air)
* Replace all bolts on flanges with Xylan coated bolts and replace all flanged gaskets with non-asbestos gaskets
* Replace air actuator solenoids, gate valve heads, air eliminators, flow control valves
* Modify existing thermal relief lines
* Installation of additional ball valves
* Relocation of compressed air components and piping modifications
* HA Inspection & verification of all new instrumentation and valves installed into / onto the gantry. All check sheets and inspector certifications to be added to the Terminal HA Dossier.

General:
* Replace corroded cable trays (RTIO), Remove redundant cable tray
* Modify drain grate on the outside of the exit rollover bund to allow for easier removal
* Repaint line markings 
* Disposal of any equipment and materials discarded in the refurbishment process
* All Works, materials supplied, piping fabrication, surface treatment, welding, structural works etc. to be in accordance with RTIO Standards.

NOTE:
The Contractor will be undertaking works inside an operating fuel / diesel storage facility. The Contractor must have cognisance and awareness of the associated risks and any schedule impacts. There will be limited windows of availability to undertake works and shutdown planning is required. Certain portions of the Works may require the Gantry to be shutdown for one to several days.
