Alternatively, they can be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender number and tender name to the undersigned before the due date.

Canvassing of Councillors or Shire employees will automatically disqualify tenders from the evaluation process. Late tenders will not be considered. The lowest price tender nor any tender necessarily accepted.
