PPL2242 - The purpose of this procurement is to determine and have approved a product/service for a Grants Administration System for the period to 2022, with possibly two extension periods to 2024.
Documents describe requirements for the relevant products/services for the period; and, identify or create a supply arrangement to enable change or enhancement over the period.
The requirements are not intended to be prescriptive. They seek to show what is done now and describe the requirements as they are seen moving forward; but all the while seeking the best possible value-for-money functional outcomes.
It is expected this procurement will lead to a QITC Comprehensive Contract being signed between the Department and a Supplier chosen as part of this formal process of engagement with the market. The engagement is an open-market process.
However, Suppliers are discouraged from lodging a response if their product/service cannot provide a stable and comprehensive solution to all facets of the requirements as they are currently described.
