Invitation to Submit Expression of Interest from suitably qualified Subcontractors for Valuation Work
John Holland requires a current market valuation of property on the following basis:
* Current market value of the property under its existing zoning and subject to existing tenancies (if any) on the basis of highest and best use,
considering the prevailing market conditions:
* Based on the market value, please include a lower limit for negotiation purposes
* Report to be provided in Draft Form for review in PDF Format (with attachments ) and final report to be issues in PDF Format.
