Written expressions of interest are invited from qualified providers for the operation and delivery of medical services at the Gingin Medical Centre located at 1 Lily King Place, Gingin, Western Australia.

Expressions of interest should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, and submitted by one of the following options:

Posted to Shire of Gingin, PO Box 510, Gingin WA 6503 in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “EOI – 02-2019 Operation and Management of Gingin Medical Centre”; or

Hand delivered to Shire of Gingin, 7 Brockman Street, Gingin in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “EOI – 02-2019 Operation and Management of Gingin Medical Centre”; or

Emailed to ceo@gingin.wa.gov.au with subject heading “EOI – 02-2019 Operation and Management of Gingin Medical Centre”. Note – mailbox limit is 5MB and PDF documents only accepted.

Deadline for expressions of interest is 4.00pm Friday 29 March 2019, Western Standard Time.
