Tender Description
ACORPP on behalf of the Department of Finance has been instructed to seek Expressions of Interest for the provision of office accommodation in the Perth Central Business District on behalf of the State Government.
KEY REQUIREMENTS ARE:
Location is to be in the Perth Central Business District
A net lettable area of approximately 1,450 sqm preferably over one floor only
There is a demonstrated need for a reinforced section of floor (heavy load zone) to support approximately 18 tonnes of records and a large safe
Premises to be available on or around August 2019
