Tender Description
2018-004 - The City of Whyalla invites tenders from Tenderers for the Provision of Bituminous Surfacing and Pavement Reconstruction for the 2018/2019 period.
The Services may be extended beyond the scope of Bituminous Surfacing and Pavement Reconstruction as per the Schedule of Prices. In such an event, Council’s Representative will issue a variation order for the work.
The Contract of Services shall commence upon execution of contract documentation and expire on 30 June 2019.
