The Contractor must demonstrate experience with the delivery of the following minimum criteria of the Principles Project Requirements:-

* An experienced Curtain Wall Glazing Contractor with demonstrated design and construct project experience on NCC Class 5 office projects greater than 10,000m2 NLA and 9 Storeys or similar;
* Design and delivery of a 5 Star NABERS Base Building Energy Ratings or greater;
* Design and delivery of PCA A Grade Office Projects;
* Ability to procure a 2800 m2 Curtain Wall Glazing System;
* Provide details of current examples of the proposed systems, including project name and address of each example. The Head Contractor reserves the right to reject any parties who in their opinion cannot demonstrate sufficient experience in this type of work.

* Submit details of experience of all Subcontractor and Supplier firms:
* Façade Subcontractor: Not less than 10 years continuous experience in the supply and installation of the façade types specified;
* Curtain Wall Design Engineer: Not less than 10 years continuous experience in the design and certification of similar façade systems;
* Ability to design a compliant BCA Section J and acoustic solution;
* Installer: Not less than 5 years continuous experience in the erection of façade systems on major projects;
* Submit evidence of sufficient staff of metalworkers, glaziers and sealant mechanics to maintain the scheduled progress of the works;
* The Glazier shall employ with tradesmen, experienced in silicon applications in panelised curtain walls.
* Ability to provide Warranty Compliance for a minimum of 10 years for Curtain Wall Glazing System;
* Demonstrate continuous Trading of equal duration to the warranty.
* Supervision and TQC (Total Quality Control): Not less than 10 years continuous experience in the supervision and quality control of similar Works façade types;
* Number of Indigenous Employees, Apprentices and Labourers;
* Independent Testing Authority (ITA): Not less than 15 years continuous experience in Independent Testing of facades. NATA registered, internationally accredited testing laboratory;
* Provide and demonstrate previous experience meeting safety standards on tier one projects or previous government projects;

Expressions of Interest are invited from industry with the relevant capability and capacity to undertake this work.

This is a request for specific expressions of interest. Industry will be considered for RFQ if suitably qualified.
