Preferred Supply Panel for Gravel Haulage Services

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited to form a panel of preferred suppliers for the provision of Gravel Haulage Services to Gunnedah Shire Council (GSC). The term of the panel is two years with an option for an additional one year, at GSC's discretion.

There is no upper limit on the number of successful tenderers, provided they meet the selection criteria. Once the panel is established, panel membership is closed unless GSC elects to again approach the open market to broaden the scope of an existing panel. Membership of the panel does not guarantee any minimum order quantity or exclusivity.

The closing date and time for tender submission is 11:00am Wednesday 27 March 2019.

Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender. Canvassing of Councillors or Council staff will disqualify prospective tenderers.
