The Commonwealth has developed the HHF Program Regional Priority initiative with the objective of improving access to essential health services to as many Australians as possible living in rural, regional, and remote areas through investments in health infrastructure.

This tender is for the construction of a Clinical Training Facility in Cooma, onsite at Cooma Hospital and Health Service. This is a standalone facility that will be operated by University of Canberra and the Australian National University.

As this project is funded by the Commonwealth of Australia, Tenderers must ensure they understand and meet the minimum requirements as detailed in the Request for Tender (RFT), including compliance with the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Commonwealth Funded Building Work 2016.

There will be a recommended site visit, commencing at 1500hrs on the 7th March 2019 at Cooma Hospital carpark, Campbell Lane, Cooma.
