⁠⁠⁠Compounds Australia (CA), within the Griffith Institute for Drug Discovery (GRIDD), is Australia's only dedicated compound management and logistics facility. Compounds Australia manages small molecule compound libraries (>670,000 compounds) for access by national life science research teams.

CA has developed a large-scale infrastructure project designed to implement an acoustic compound management system. This acoustic compound management system, incorporating an acoustic tube store, a robotic platform with Echo liquid handler, and integrated devices (with an advanced industry-standard IT solution) will provide users with access to cutting-edge technology, which underpins:
(1) increased sample storage capacity and integrity;
(2) reduced compound wastage;
(3) improved plate generation efficiency to enable a faster turnaround of a greater number of plating requests;
(4) on-demand access to plating requests, inventory, and rapid, high quality plate data.

This tender is seeking a supplier of high end plate and tube storage systems.
