Expressions of Interest - Lease Lake Callide Retreat

⁠⁠⁠Banana Shire Council has a unique opportunity for an interested party to lease Lake Callide Retreat. It is a five year lease with an option of extending for a further five years.

Lake Callide Retreat is a popular tourist accommodation facility with a combination of 30 unpowered self-sufficient camping or RV sites, five self-contained cabins and eight powered site with the potential to house more. A kiosk and reception is located at the front of the management/lessees accommodation.
