Investment Options Armidale Regional Airport and Business Park.

Council invites the opportunity to innovative organisations to submit Expressions of Interest for Competitive Dialogue for investment options for Armidale Regional Airport and Business Park. Council is seeking interest to open dialogue between Council and organisations who share our vision for providing high quality services to the communities of the Armidale Region and the broader New England area.

Council owns and operates the recently upgraded Armidale Regional Airport including a number of leases for privately operated air service organisations as well as a Rural Fire Service Air Base. Council also owns industrial zoned land adjacent to the Airport which has direct access to the New England Highway. According to figures from the RMS the New England Highway has approximately one million vehicle movements annually.
