Supply of a Master Plan for Newman Airport

⁠⁠⁠The Principal seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant who has demonstrated experience in the delivery of quality outcomes in master planning and design of major regional airports and an understanding of the uniqueness and remoteness that prevail in the Pilbara and in Newman

The Consultant will deliver a series of consulted and accepted documents, to be incorporated into the Newman Airport Master Plan, consisting of a:
1) Land Use Plan;
2) Master Plan;
3) Project appreciation relating to a series of specific nominated projects;
4) Costed project implementation; and
5) Confidential assessment of the current Newman Airport Governance Model.
