Tender Description
The Melbourne Genomics Health Alliance is an alliance of 10 leading healthcare and research organisations dedicated to bringing the global knowledge of genomics to benefit the individual care of Victorians.
The Alliance has implemented a shared clinical system for genomics, GenoVic to support this goal. At this time, GenoVic comprises of two third-party vendor SaaS solutions, an in-house developed API-based integration capability and data storage all hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
GenoVic is currently operationally supported by a small in-house delivery team (also doing the software development and implementation work). The Alliance is now considering outsourcing operations (and potentially software development) to a third-party vendor.
To initially understand the capabilities of vendors that offer these services, we have released an Expression of Interest (EOI) which is available at https://www.melbournegenomics.org.au/expression-interest.
