Council seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI's) from entities with appropriate experience, capabilities and qualifications to supply, construct, and commission the pipeline as the initial stage of a two stage Tender process.

Central Coast Council (Council) intends to construct a new 8.9 km, 750mm nominal diameter pipeline from Mardi to Warnervale. Central Coast Council has finalised project design and intends to deliver the scope of works under a construct only Contract.

The key drivers for the Mardi to Warnervale Pipeline (M2WP) project are the need to boost supply to Central Coast's northern areas due to anticipated growth of the Warnervale Town Centre, and to allow increased water transfers between the Central Coast Council and Hunter Water Corporation.

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at Wyong Administration Building commencing at 10.30am on Tuesday 5 March 2019.
