Tender Description
In January 2019, the City of Sydney registered the award of 12,743.75 square metres of Heritage Floor Space (HFS) for Hyde Park Barracks, Queens Square, Macquarie Street, Sydney (Hyde Park Barracks) to the Historic Houses Trust of NSW trading as Sydney Living Museums (Sydney Living Museums). The HFS scheme is an initiative of the City of Sydney’s Local Environmental Plan 2012 (LEP 2012).
