Completed responses may be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred) or see option below. All completed submissions lodged in the Electronic Tender Box MUST be submitted as specified within the tender documentation. Tenders that do not follow this requirement will be regarded as non-conforming tenders AND MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The canvassing of Councillors and/or Staff Members in relation to this matter will automatically disqualify the applicant from the process.

No mandatory meetings are required, however, it is a requirement of this quotation to view the video included with the file package downloaded with this quotation. The details set out in an application for exemption from viewing the presentation will be reported to Council when quotes are reported to Council. Council will make a determination on the sufficiency of the reasons for non viewing and whether any quotation will be further considered as an eligible quotation. Council's determination in this matter is final.

Tenders may also be lodged in a sealed envelope and clearly endorsed TENDER BOX: Quotation for the supply of services for the redevelopment of destination website - Dubbo Region (CONTRACT NO. Q19-005) and placed in the Tender Box located at Council's Civic Administration Building, Church Street, Dubbo (PO Box 81 Dubbo, NSW 2830).

Tenders will be received up to 10.00 am on Tuesday 19 March 2019 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
