Mountain View Caravan Park, Biggenden- 10 Year Lease

⁠⁠⁠The Council is seeking an experienced and motivated operator to fulfil the role as a 10-year lessee in the provision of high quality customer service, management and maintenance towards the Mountain View Caravan Park, Biggenden. The operators must be able to demonstrate affordable, secure, sustainable and presentable caravan park facilities to grow and enhance client attraction.

Tenders close at 4.30pm, Friday 15 March 2019 and must be emailed to admin@northburnett.qld.gov.au with the Tender Number clearly displayed.

Council reserves the right to invite applicants to change their tender in accordance with the Local Government Act 2009 and section 228(7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. No submission will be accepted after the closing date/time. The highest/lowest of any tender may not necessarily be accepted. All tenders will be responded to by mail.
