T1819-10: Cooper and Charlton Streets, Cessnock - Shared Zone (Stage 1, Phase 1).
Closing 2.00 pm Tuesday 12 March 2019.
1.0 Purpose: The purpose of the tender is to engage a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to undertake construction of a shared zone along Charlton Street and Cooper Street, Cessnock as part of the Cessnock CBD Master Plan implementation.
2.0 Invitations: Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline, 2.00 pm Tuesday 12 March 2019, by one of the methods detailed in Section 2 - Conditions of Tendering. A tenderer must not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.

4.0 Pre-Tender Meeting: A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held 11.00 am Tuesday 26 February 2019 at Council's administration building, 62-78 Vincent St Cessnock NSW 2325.
The Contact Person will be available at this time to take tenderers' queries regarding the RFT.
Tenderers are advised to inspect the site prior to attending the Pre-Tender Meeting.
