Lower Murray Water is seeking experienced contractors to undertake the replacement of the Water Main supplying the township of Piangil in Northern Victoria.

This Contract involves the construction, testing and commissioning of approximately 1,675 metres of DN150 PVC-O pipe along the Mallee Highway and Murray Street, including associated branch connections and road crossings.

As part of the works existing customer service pipes will be replaced with new tappings.

A new pipeline swabbing launching point will be installed at the Piangil Water Treatment Plant and a pipeline swabbing receival point will be installed at the end of the water main.
